THE WHOLE DAY, TOGETHER

Good food.
A day that works.

Plan a week around food your household enjoys. Share home dinners, choose your own breakfasts and lunches, and bring it together in one grocery list.

A MORE PRACTICAL PLAN

Every meal doesn’t need
to do everything.

Plan the day. Check the numbers.
Keep the food you enjoy.

PLAN ONCE / EAT WELL ALL WEEK

Your week, your groceries.

Keep the meals you’ve chosen, fill the open spots, and see how one grocery order supplies the week. Edit any day below.

Household members & shared meals

The first person is the reference plan shown in the day editor. Other people share selected home meals at their own portion sizes and can choose personal alternatives below. Additional nutrition targets are optional and user-entered; the app does not prescribe targets for children or other household members.

Allergen screening checks curated ingredient compositions, not actual products or restaurant cross-contact. Check labels every time. No meal is certified allergy-safe.

A little help with the prep

Optional AI tips for your current day. The nutrition totals above are calculated separately. Meal names, food quantities and targets are sent to Google’s AI service; generated guidance is cached on the server.

ONE LIST / EVERY MEAL ACCOUNTED FOR

The week’s groceries.

We combine recipe quantities, subtract what you already have, and round up to whole packages. Open an ingredient to see where it goes each day.

Package sizes are editable examples, not current store listings. Enter the price of the package you’ll actually buy. Quantities use edible weight in the state named below—cooked rice, for example. Estimated grocery cost excludes restaurant orders and custom entries.

Shop this week at Walmart

Choose a product for each ingredient once, then reuse those choices. We subtract your pantry stock and calculate whole packages for the household.

Search Walmart, paste the product link, and enter usable grams per package in the recipe’s cooked or raw state. Product choices do not update USDA nutrition. Check actual ingredients, allergens and substitutions. Prices, stock and delivery to your address are confirmed at Walmart.

Product choices are remembered on this browser. Only product IDs and package counts go to Walmart when you open the cart link. Opening it adds items to your existing cart; repeated clicks may add more. You review and pay at Walmart.

Set pantry stock before building a week

Enter usable grams of staples you already have. This is an editable inventory estimate; creating a plan does not consume your pantry stock.

Prep and storage for the week

Use ready-cooked staples where recipes call for them. Keep portions for the next few days refrigerated and freeze later portions when appropriate. Follow product storage instructions and use perishable ingredients before they spoil.

Cooked leftovers generally keep 3–4 days refrigerated. A seven-day plan does not mean keeping every cooked meal in the fridge for seven days. Food storage guidance ↗

Your week and pantry can be saved on this browser. A shopping handoff sends ingredient names and quantities to Instacart, where you choose an available store, review product matches and place the order. No payment information is collected here.
